Full-Time English and/or German Speaking IT Business Relationship Manager
Job Description
- Operational and commercial management of customer services with respect to time, quality, and financials
- Developing and understanding complex IT and telecommunication solutions
- Contributing to business development with the customer
- Keeping contact regularly with other internal departments at performance and employee level, and external contacts with suppliers and customers
- Technical guidance and coordination of the customer team for the assigned customer
- Collage/University degree or comparable vocational education with additional specialist’s training and 5 years of work experience in a functional field
- Fluent English knowledge
- German on negotiable level is an advantage
- Wide, special knowledge and years of experience in work methodologies, customer care, guidelines, law of contracts, business economics and controlling
- International specifications knowledge
- Broad knowledge of service in excellence and ITIL
- Securing the SDM-tasks and interests in the context of sales-, OTC-, SLM- and business processes
