ETL
Development skills in Informatica and Datastage
Create automated scripts and services for Support tasks
Maintain the multiple production environments
Service incident tickets
Monitor multiple environments for alerts
Will be responsible for Servicing Support Requests
Development of work arounds and automation
Infrastructure change coordination and implementation
Preventive maintenance / pre-emptive activities on live
Direct customer interaction
Application health checks and reporting
System security audits
System security threat aversion and risk mitigation
Service level analysis and review
On call and inlife service management
Good english communication skills
