Full-Time Financial and Office Manager

As a worldwide leading project developer company focused exclusively on the development of geothermal and waste heat projects, we are seeking for a full time Financial and Office Manager to work in our European HQ office in Budapest.
The financial and office manager provides administrational support to the KS ORKA Budapest office management team and ensures the fluent running of the daily business.
You will
Organize and control the contracts, assist to vendors and partners regarding payment inquiries
Scan and archive incoming invoices, check, book invoices and correspond support documents
Support the audit process, prepare ad hoc finance projects and financial reports
Coordinate the smooth operation of the office area
Organize office systems and equipment
Be responsible for managing basic HR tasks
Welcome partners, guests, vendors, contractors and other visitors
Plan and organize meetings, events, conference calls and travel arrangements
Prepare documentation for meetings and tender procedures
Perform administrative duties and functions requiring confidentiality, initiative and sound decision making skills
Handle smaller translation tasks, manage ad hoc administrative tasks
What we expect
Finance and/or office management work experience
Knowledge of accountancy and bookkeeping
Fluency in written and spoken English and Hungarian native
Being organized and cheerful
Good communication and problem solving skills
Proactivity, can do attitude, precise and dynamic personality
Advantage
German / Chinese / Serbian / Russian language skills
Bachelor’s Degree
