Job Description

Our multinational partner is one of the leading commercial real-estate developers and managers in Central and Eastern Europe and one of the few fully integrated players in the region. Currently they are looking for a new professional as a Fit-out coordinator in their dynamic team.

The Fit-out coordinator will be fully responsible for the following tasks:

• Managing Fit-Out projects from early stage till handover
• Supporting the Lease Department, taking part in negotiations with clients
• Handling clients’ technical questions, preparing Fit-Out cost calculations
• Managing design process, coordinating the work of external architect studio, D&B designers
• Ensuring information flow between Tenants, Procurement-, Lease-, and Construction departments,
• Supervising and supporting the Construction Department, performing handovers
• Keeping touch with authorities

Requirements:

• MSc or BSc in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Min.3 years experience in project management, with focus on architecture
• Fluent English knowledge is a must
• Basic AutoCAD, stable MS project and MS Office (Excel)
• Quick, precise, flexible personality

Advantages:

• Experience in managing fit-outs works in (category A) office buildings
• Extensive knowledge in high current, low current, and HVAC systems (or any of these)
• Experience in preparing projects, cost calculations
• Experience with handling clients, and/or managing design and/or supervising construction
• Experience in international working environment
• Slovakian language knowledge
