Job Description
Responsibilities:
Managing the relationship with a portfolio of customers and partners
Complaint and question handling received from customers on phone and in writing
Precise administration, continuously update the ‘performance measure’ chart and responsible for the accuracy of its data
Helping in updating the process documentations, follow-up and record changes, which contributes to recognize the opportunities of improving processes
