Full-Time French Speaker Service Desk Team Leader (Budapest)
A French Speaker Service Desk Team Leader role is open at our multinational partner who has a great impact on the IT outsourcing and strategic consulting market in Hungary, Budapest, for their department. The aim of the position is to lead a 1st level service desk team and ensuring the smooth resolution of the customer requires from the European market. As a Service Desk Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and managing a 1st level service desk team of 10-12 people.
You should providing trainings for the newcomers and helping by hiring the service desk agents as well dealing with more complex tasks and providing technical support to others. Moreover your job will be monitoring the individual and team performance, providing regular and ad hoc KPI reports. You will act as a further point of contact while liaising with key customers, account managers and colleagues, providing technical guidance and advice
The ideal candidate for this position is willing to work in rolling shifts from 7-19h, has some background in SSC environment and at least 1 year of experience in managing a team. Fluent English and French with excellent communication and negotiation skills are also required. Experience in service desk environment and a possibility of starting immediately would be desirable.
