Full-Time French speaking Customer Account Representative
Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious candidate who will be interested in joining them as a Customer Account Representative to be based in their office in Budapest.
• The Customer Account Representative is the daily interface with the Company’s customers and responsible for the whole service procedure, such as first response to incoming requests, order entry correct and in time, front-line trouble shooting as well as continuous and close contact with production, logistics and further internal functions in order to ensure that all client needs will be fulfilled in an optimal way. • The Customer Account Representative is responsible for their defined international customer portfolio in collaboration with internal stakeholders and the Key Account Manager.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or equivalent; • Suitable experience in order to cash/order management or processing/supply chain/customer care; • English Language Skills are essential with Fluent French; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Analytical thinking and proactive problem solving ability; • Ability to contribute effectively in a team environment; • Experience and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
