GERMAN SPEAKER CUSTOMER SERVICE (IT SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT)
Our worldwide-known automobile manufacturer partner is seeking a candidate with excellent German and good English language skills to work as an IT Solutions Consultant in Budaörs, Hungary.
START OF WORK: ASAP
PLACE OF WORK: Budaörs (30 minutes by bus from the heart of Budapest)
WORK HOURS: 9:00-17:00 (no shifts and no work on weekends)
SALARY: 310-350.000 HUF + a cafeteria of 54.000 HUF/month
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Successfully resolve issues regarding system errors or access problems and respond to customer related questions via telephone, email or voicemail
– Successfully complete all required trainings to increase job performance
– 100% adherence to schedule
PROFESSIONAL & PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
– Secondary School degree, University/College degree is advantage (and/or equivalent experience)
– General IT knowledge (ECDL)

– Strong problem solving and communication skills
– Flexibility and open-mindedness
– Team player attitude
– Accuracy, keeping the deadlines
– Ability to work under pressure
– Multitasking
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
– Excellent command of written and oral GERMAN and good command of ENGLISH languages
