Tasks:

  • Responsible for managing customers’ portfolios;
  • Full responsibility for order receipt and handling, following up on samples and complaints, complex order entry, following work processes
  • Actively participate in problem solving
  • Anticipate customer expectations and identify best solution or alternative
  • Actively contribute to the business goals & strategy
  • Differentiate between customer expectations and the company’s offer; chooses the best cost-effective solution
  • Strong interface with sales and customers, with supply chain on product availability and with carriers and logistics to follow up on material flow and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bsc or Msc degree in Commerce or Economics or Logistics;
  • Fluent in German and very good command of English;
  • At least 0,5-2 years of experience in order to cash/order management or processing/supply chain/customer care / customer service;
  • Organization and multi-tasking skills;
  • Work independently in an integrated team and communicate with diverse groups of people across all levels and cultures;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to be versatile and flexible with team members, business partners and customers;
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities, prioritizing both customer and company/business requirements while acting in a professional manner and proactively address customer issues and identify areas for improving profitability;
  • Strong, mature teamwork skills, and a desire to work within a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and heavy workload.

Advantages:

  • Working knowledge with SAP;
  • Experience in SSC/BSC environment.
