German Speaking Desktop Support Specialist position is open at our prestigious, American multinational partner, who operates a Shared Service Center in Budapest. As a German Speaking Desktop Support Specialist you will be responsible for log, diagnose and solve complex IT related issues, provide excellent trouble shooting and resolve tickets to keep up customer satisfaction. Your task will also involve to escalate the call to a higher level service group in case you can’t manage the call on your agreed level, which is level 1,5.
You are the ideal candidate for this German Speaking Desktop Support Specialist position if you can communicate on at least at an intermediate level in English and German and have minimum 0,5 year experience in technical field or IT related studies. You also have to be customer oriented and excellent problem solver.
