Job Description
Major international financial institution is looking for a well experienced senior professional for Head of Collections role in their branch in a non-European location.
As Head of Collections you will lead a very large team of app. 500 people dealing with collections in all stages. Your task will be to review and continually work on improvement of the collection processes, increasing efficiency of the collections. You will also be responsible for developing your subordinates, building strong middle management level. Planning and budgeting collections as well as defining its overall strategy will be also an important part of your agenda.
We are looking for an experienced, self driven and strongly pro-business oriented individual with a strategic vision, eager to succeed.
