Your Profile
Professional requirements:
- College/ university degree or field related experience
- At least 1-3 year experience in leading and coordinating teams
- Fluent German language knowledge, English is an advantage
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience in Service Desk projects is an advantage
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- User knowledge of Office applications
