Full-Time HR Contact Center Representative (Swedish Speaker)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced professional (ideally from the HR field but it is not a must) who will be representing Sweden AskHR. This person is supporting employees and managers with full scope of AskHR queries, plus provides Travel and Expense support via phone and email.
Given that local HR team in Sweden is very limited, therefore this person will be a key HR professional, therefore this needs to become an expert in all HR Fields such as workforce mgmt, compensation, onboarding, leaves, attendance, pbc etc.
This role is quite a challenging one as I am expecting this person to continue the professional service AskHR provided for Sweden in the last 2.5 years. This role is a stand alone role and there will be a very limited opportunity for training thus requires a lot of self-study and self initiative.

– has confidence and former experience being responsible for a country support
– with native Swedish, fluent English
– ready to move and live in Hungary for 1.5-2 years
