Job Description
Our clients HR Data Hub is a rich repository of information for local HR teams, line managers and employees alike. Now they need the right person to make the most of
the information held in the HR Portal and Knowledge Database, keeping content up to date and sharing successes with wider audiences across Europe. Both aspects of your role will see you working in close partnership with a wide variety of HR colleagues and others.
In detail
· Manage content for internal HR Portals and Knowledge Database, acting as first point of contact for updates
· Ensure user-friendly design and functionality
· Work with internal teams to ensure all content is legally valid across all geographies
· Create and share timely, compelling communications about HR services, activities, policies and initiatives, plus organizational changes
· Partner with HR Leadership, HR Business Partners, local HR teams and Corporate Communications colleagues to develop consistent, relevant messaging
Who you are
· A communications specialist with at least 1 year experience, preferably with international experience
· Adept at crafting great internal communications across channels (e.g. intranet, mailers, letters, forms)
· Passionate about creating communications that people want to engage with
· A fluent English speaker, with ideally a 2nd European language
· Able to prioritize and multitask without compromising attention to detail
· Excited to be part of a global team delivering meaningful change in a complex business setting
