Full-Time Italian Collection Supervisor
Job Description
For a leading multinational we are currently looking for a Collection Supervisor with native Italian language skills to work in Budapest, Hungary.
Responsibilities:
collection of debt from portfolio of customers
Issue resolution
Control operation and report
First line stakeholder + team management
Credit analysis and review
Overall control of team operation
Partner management
Process development
Full team ownership end to end
Requirements:
Speak native Italian and English at least at intermediate level (verbal, written)
Experience in Collection
Minimal 2 years of experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader/Manager
Experience in Shared Service environment is an advantage
Knowledge of all Microsoft office programs, especially high level of Excel
