Italian/ Spanish Speaking Accounts Payable Team Leader roles are open at our multinational partner, who is operating with a Business Support Center in Budapest downtown. The aim of the position is to successfully manage the Italian/ Spanish AP team’ work.

As an Italian/ Spanish Speaking AP Team Leader you will be responsible for leading an AP team of 10-12 people, and manage end-to-end accounts payable processes in the Spanish/ Italian region. You will recruit and develop the team of collection representatives, motivate them and train the newcomers. Your tasks will include participating in process improvement while liaising with external and internal stakeholders. You will also monitor KPIs and SLAs, and continuously search for quality improvement opportunities, while reporting directly to the AP Manager.

The ideal candidate for this position has a university or college degree, relevant background and 2-3 years of experience in leading an accounting or collection team in an SSC environment. Fluent English and Italian/ Spanish language knowledge, strong analytical and negotiation skills are also required.
