ITALIAN SPEAKING PROCUREMENT ASSOCIATE
Location: Budapest
Responsibilities:
o Managing the complete purchase order lifecycle, including: receipt and verification of purchase requisition, purchase order preparation, issuance and follow up, service need and supplier identification, on-time delivery management, coordinate with AP specialists to support suppliers on unpaid invoices
o Creating and execute reports
o Building good relationship with requesters and the suppliers
o Daily communication via email/phone with suppliers
Requirements:
o College or University degree (Commercial, Finance is a plus)
o Previous experience is a plus
o Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Internet etc.)
o Excellent communications and problem solving skills
o Good written and spoken communication skills in ITALIAN and ENGLISH
