Full-Time Junior Business Analyst – Sales & Commercial Operations Analytics
Job Description
On behalf of our international client, we are looking for new colleague to the position of Junior Business Analyst – Sales & Commercial Operations Analytics.
Role purpose:
Junior Business Analyst is responsible for executing data analytics and ad-hoc reporting to support both the Sales Operations Managers and the Sales Community. The position focuses on analysis of sales, productivity, account penetration, sales force expense, and operational support in order to assist the Management team.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, Sr. Sales Management and the field sales forces to drive sales reporting and sales data systems related projects;
• Assist in the preparation of sales budgets and forecasts;
• Assist with territory development and expansion initiatives;
• Support monthly dashboards used for business decisions (revenue performance and expansion tracking);
• Participates in the evaluation of reporting and analysis tools and provides recommendations on solutions;
• Partner with Accounting and Finance to ensure consistency and transparency with the key performance metrics for sales analysis and reporting;
• Perform ad hoc analytical projects as identified by senior sales and sales operations management.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field required;
• At least 2 years relevant experience within sales operations, and/or financial analysis experience supporting a sales organization;
• Very good command of English; Native Hungarian;
• Ability to draw concise, well supported recommendations based on detailed analysis of the given issue;
• In-depth understanding of spreadsheet (Excel);
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex concepts in an appropriate manner for the intended audience; Comfortable interacting with Executives.
• At least 2 years relevant experience within sales operations, and/or financial analysis experience supporting a sales organization;
• Very good command of English; Native Hungarian;

SAP experience a plus.
