This is remote, home-based position.

Scopic Software is seeking for one or more intelligent, hard-working, passionate Junior/Middle PHP/Javascript Developer. Scopic Software is US-based company with employees in more than 25 different countries.  The company develops custom software applications for many different markets and platforms. Engineers work from the comfort of their home using a PC and internet connection. Projects can be short or long. Project team sizes range from 1 to 10 people, including QA and a project manager. Web-based project management, source code control and bug tracking software help to manage the development process. Work is interesting and challenging.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in software development.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Strong PHP skills.
• Experience with PHP MVC frameworks (Symfony, Yii, Laravel, Zend, etc.) is a plus.
• Fronted programming skills: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript including Javascript frameworks (AngularJS, Ember.js, etc.).
• Experience with SQL databases (desired, not required).
• Bootstrap/SASS experience/expertise (desired, not required).
• Experience with Ionic, Sencha or ReactJS is a plus.
• Dedication and discipline to work remotely from home.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Good PC and internet connection.

 

This is a full-time position.

 

Hourly rate range – $6-$12/hour depends on experience and skills.
