Job Description

Our partner, who is a unique light industrial manufacturing company, is currently seeking for a Lean Coordinator in Budapest. The main purpose of the position is to implement Lean Manufacturing System throughout the supply chain, improve the Quality, Cost, Delivery and Safety traits of the corporation and give active support to turn the corporate culture towards continuous improvement. 

Main responsibilities of the Lean Coordinator would be the following:

• Implementation and deployment of Lean Manufacturing
• Establishing the Lean infrastructure
• Selecting and defining Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques
• Mentoring and coaching lean leaders in application
• Spreading the lean vision in organization

The most important requirements for the Lean Coordinator:

• Degree in Engineering
• Fluency English
• At least 2 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing
• Excellent problem solving and leading skills

Advantages:

• Knowledge of Six Sigma
• Experience in teaching Lean Manufacturing to associates
