- Brand management
- Develop, implement and evaluate annual brand plan(s)
- Develop communication / marketing mix based on brand plans and positioning
- Execute and evaluate activities in accordance with brand plan for consumers and shoppers with advertising agency and sales department
- Monitor, analyze and report on sales development, market trends and competitor and own activities and suggest improvements if needed
- Ensure consistency of the brands across organization and market and that all products in portfolio are aligned with specific regulation for the market
- Train and communicate brands internally through market visits and other formal meetings
- Drive consistent brand development in cooperation with regional marketing team by ensuring integration of the positioning into all brand activities
- Develop the market with innovation in product/package/concept
Desired Skills and Experience
- University / Master Degree in Sales, Marketing and/or Business
- Minimum 7 years of experience within FMCG business or similar and relevant marketing
- Fluency in Hungarian language
- Fluency in English language
- Analytical and innovative
- Good commercial understanding
- Ability of strategic thinking combined with good operational understanding
- Strong project management skills
This is a unique role, where as a marketing manager you act as a senior commercial driver for the business. You will be leading the company in several areas such as customer sell in, presenting plans to the global senior team in Copenhagen and being the de-facto head of marketing in the market. We are therefore looking for a commercial, creative and ambitious marketer that wants to develop a wide range of commercial skills. Being a leader in this position is crucial, and the ability to execute plans will be the measurement of success.
