Full-Time Multilingual 2nd level Service Support
Job Description

Main responsibilities:
- Providing IT support via phone and e-mail, instructing users on usage of software, receiving and assigning software, hardware and network related requests;
- Solving challenging IT issues forwarded by the first line support.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and one of the following languages: German, French, Dutch, Swedish, Polish, Italian, Russian, Greek Danish;
- Previous experience working in similar field;
- Customer-oriented approach – exceptional communication and strong problem-solving skills;
- Self-starter, customer-oriented approach;
- Good team player, energetic personality;
- Experience and very good knowledge of various IT tools.
