Full-Time Multilingual sales support specialist
Job Description
Multilingual Customer Support company located in Budapest is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of sales support specialist.

Task(s):
- Answers to all incoming calls and emails from German / Spanish / Japanese / Chinese / Italian / French speaking customers
- Assist customers on a daily basis via telephone/chats or written correspondence
Requirement(s):
- Sales oriented candidate – previous experience in sales department is an advantage
- English language – high level – AND one of the above mentioned languages – high level
- Must be willing to work in shifts nights/weekend/holidays included
- Excellent communication and computer skills (must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite)
- Multitasking, organization, flexibility are a must
- Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Positive, energetic, ambitious and outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask.
- Team worker.
- Confident, engaging and compelling communication skills.
- Ability to meet challenging sales goals.
