Job Description

Our multinational client is a prestigious company with worldwide presence, for which we are looking for talented people for the role of .NET Developer with French + English language knowledge to their Budapest-based business service center.

This position is to be a part of the operation support team for SAP. As part of this team engagement associate should be supporting set of 8-9 application in Financial and HR related domain, provide the technical support and follow up with vendors for incidents resolutions.

Responsibilities:

– Work as support analyst to resolve incidents and should be able to provide technical resolution
– Coordinate with Finance and HR Business users for issue investigation and support month end financial cycle activity and issues related to HR applications
– Coordinate with end users in French and work with global team to provide the updates
– Work with global application leads to provide daily and weekly status /task report
– Sound knowledge of .net Application and working experience of minimum 3-4 years
– Update the ticket status on daily basis in SNOW ITSM ticketing tool
– Should be able to translate the communication in French and collaborate with the global team for day to day support

What we require:

– .Net/Java programming knowledge hands on knowledge of minimum 2 years
– Working experience on any ITSM tools like Remedy. HSPD or Service NOW(SNOW)
– Sound knowledge of ITIL process (incident management, problem management, service request management and problem management).
– Certification on ITIL V2 or 3 will be value add
– Domain knowledge of Financial areas like Invoice Management, PO management, Invoice Payments, Reconciliation.
– Domain knowledge of Human Resource functions like hiring process, time management, rebadging will be value add.
– English (For actual work execution as well)
– Should be fluent in French and English both written and Verbal.
