Job Summary:
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who can assume the day-to-day responsibilities of order processing related to the subscription revenue. Daily responsibilities will include but will not be limited to review and submission of order forms for signature. Processing of executed order forms and overall support of the European AE team. Seeking a passionate individual with superior customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Motivated and possessing the ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment and meet deadlines
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in English
- Ability to problem solve
Nice to Have:
- Associates degree preferred
- Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus
