SUMMARY:
Woodbrook Wealth Management is searching for fluent English speaking, young, dynamic, well spoken, confident, outgoing candidate to work as Personal Assistant to Financial Consultant here in Budapest.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Contacting clients and setting up meetings, either within an office environment or in clients’ business premises;
– Promoting the services Woodbrook Wealth Management provides;
– Cold-call potential clients and arranging appointments with prospects;
– Liaising with your Financial Advisor and financial institutions;
– Providing Administrative support to your Financial Advisor, preparing forms, agreements and applications;
– Answering telephone calls;
– Managing and organizing appointments and meetings;
– Managing your Financial Adviser’s diary;
– Managing databases;
– Attending events/meetings as the Financial Adviser’s representative.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
– Good verbal and written communication skills
– Capacity to adapt to a fast-paced environment
– Manage time effectively
– Calm under pressure and capable of thinking on their feet
