The Partner Sales Executive (PSE) for the LSPs (Licensing Solution Partners) audience is a key role within the partner ecosystem at Microsoft. The LSPs (former Large Account Reseller Partners) are extremely important to Microsoft as they drive considerable enterprise licensing and solutions revenue. Responsible for driving and delivering expert volume licensing sales through our LSP channel. The Partner Sales Executive acts as “sales manager”, delivers sales coaching, marketing and account management expertise to Microsoft’ LSPs.
Main responsibilities:
-Portfolio planning
-Partner business plan (PBP) and execution
-Driving solution selling approach
-Pipeline and Opportunity management
-Partner performance (capacity, capability and commitment)
-Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
-Partner communications and relationships
-Responsible for driving business strategy and programs across segments
-Develop strong business relationships with partner executives across sales, marketing and technical delivery teams. The PSE is the key single point of contact for executive communication and issue escalation.
-Responsible for identifying trends (opportunities/threats) within their partner community.
-Represent Partner and their impact to Microsoft sales via revenue driven, strategic wins and deployments
Requirements:
-5-8 years of related experience – involved in partner or indirect sales, leading channel strategy
-Strong business/commercial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
-Results oriented and good decision making skills
-Good communicator at senior levels internally and externally (and proven impact at these levels)
-Good English knowledge verbal and written
-Excellent presentation, problem solving & negotiation skills;
-Self-motivated and team player attitude
