Job Description

We are looking to hire a Personal Assistant for our Global American Client to support the daily work of the Financial Leader.

As a Personal Assistant you will have to schedule and organize meetings, events and trips for the Financial Leader. Daily you will be responsible for the management and design of office records, reports, statistics and other office documents, besides handling phone calls and writing emails of the CFO. You will also have to support the office supply and orders in cooperation with the Front Desk Assistants and the other back office functions.

You are a suitable candidate for the Personal Assistant position if you have a Bachelor’s degree, approximately 3-5 years relevant experience and speak English on a fluent level. Excellent organization and communication skills are desirable as well as the ability of pro-activity and multitasking.
