Job Description

Main tasks

Organizes and ensures the professional and smooth operation of the hotel’s executive office and represents the General Manager and the Hotel at all times.

 

Requirements

  • Master degree with major course in Administration
  • Minimum 2 years experience in office administration
  • Excellent English and good German language knowledge
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong organizational and communicational skills
  • Good time management and problem solving skills
  • Hotel experience is an advantage
