Full-Time Regional Project Coordinator

Job Description

Overall coordination of regional projects

  • Overall management and coordination of regional project(s)
  • Proactive and regular communication with all partners through monthly virtual meetings or any other means
  • Oversee the organization of upcoming national and regional events
  • Ensure timely, quality and accurate reporting to management and donor(s) on a regular basis based on the Project Monitoring & Evaluation framework

Animation of networks and representation

  • Animate and nurture the established network of partners in more than 20 countries.
  • Ensure liaison with key stakeholders (IOs, Donors, Governments and partner NGOs)
  • Potentially represent TDH (and the TDHIF) as when and where required

Advocacy and Fundraising

  • Monitor fundraising opportunities to fund new or continuation of existing projects
  • Feed the campaigns and/or policy initiatives or messages developed for the purpose of meeting attendance

Other:

  • Contribute to the overall strategic development of Tdh Regional Office for Central and South East Europe
  • Carry out any other tasks when and as required by circumstances and management

Profile of the applicant:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field (Law, Human Rights, International Relations, Political Science or other relevant field) coupled with 7 years of work experience or Master’s degree in a relevant field coupled with more than 5 years of work experience
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing, monitoring and evaluating projects at national (international level an asset) with a variety of stakeholders in a relevant field
  • Experience in Human Rights programming, knowledge of child protection and/or child rights, and/or migration a strong asset
  • Excellent representation and networking skills
  • Excellent level of Oral and Written English
  • Readiness to work at unusual hours when required
  • Team player but also able to carry out his work autonomously, fast learner
  • Availability for international travel
  • Right to work and reside in the European Union for more than 3 months (please note that Tdh Regional Office is unable to provide support in applying for or acquiring a visa)
