Job Description
A British-founded multinational industrial equipment-trading company is looking for a SALES MANAGER to take over a 3-people group – the position is focused on FOOD, PHARMA AND PROCESS INDUSTRY.
REQUIREMENTS:
– At least 3 years’ experience in a sales environment, preferably in a technical sale (no FMCG)
– Good command of English language (written and spoken)
– Ability to stay focused and motivated
– Engineering degree is not a must, but can be an advantage
YOUR TASKS WILL BE:
– Maintaining and increasing sales of your company’s products
– Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
– Developing business strategies to meet agreed targets
– Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
– Compiling and analysing sales figures
– Collecting customer feedback and market research
– Reporting to senior managers
