Sales Representative position is open at our client, who is operating a Shared Service Centre here in Budapest. They are looking for a new colleague in the above mentioned Sales position to join their dynamic and international team. They are looking for the new colleague, because they have been grown and have new customers.
Your new role
You will be a new member of the sales team and have the following tasks:
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationship with existing and potential client to generate new business for the company
- Promote the client’s products and services for business partners via phone
- Understand customer’s needs and provide excellent customer service
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound cold calls
- Analyse the market and identify key players on the target
What you’ll need to succeed
You have a degree and close to native English language skills. Beside English, having French/German/Spanish language skill is an advantage. The most important key skill is the sales mindset. Even though you don’t have any experience in a similar sales position you have to be confident enough to make cold calls and persuade the future client that your products and services are the best. So because of that it is necessary to have excellent communications skills, customer-focused approach, creative and innovative personality. Having experience in sales or a customer-facing role is also an advantage.
