Job Description

Technical Manager position is open at our client who is a unique light industrial manufacturing company in Budapest. The main purpose of the Technical Manager position is to maintain the facility, to repair/replacement of plant equipment and systems, to develop the maintenance team’s productivity and to contribute on ensuring maximum production quantity and quality.

Main responsibilities of the Technical manager:
– Implementing preventive maintenance programs (TPM)
– Monitoring the maintenance suppliers, inventories of spare parts
– Improving the productivity of plant with data analyzing and solving maintenance –related problems when it is necessary
-Managing the whole maintenance team
– Assisting the maintenance recruitment process
– Informing customer about technical related issues

Main expectation towards the Technical Manager
– Technical diploma
– At least 5 years professional experience in the field of maintenance, facility, utility and investment
– 3 years people management experience
– Fluent English is a must
