We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced person for the following role:
Travel and Expense Analyst – Turkish AND German speaking
Vodafone Shared Services (VSS) comprises a number of Shared Service Centres (SSCs) which have seen phenomenal growth since inception in 2007.

Job purpose:
- Scan, verify invoice, check to ensure that invoices are properly meeting country specific tax and legal requirements.
- Reviewing Travel and Expense Reimbursements received
- Check those claims which are not posted automatically, investigate and correct any errors
- Prepares reports and analyses for the business to determine the level of compliance and non-compliance to T&E Policies.
- Providing end to end support for Vodafone employees globally (via phone & email)
- Resolve back office related queries within Service Level Agreements relating to claims
Requirements:
- Fluency in Turkish AND German is a must
- Intermediate English
- Spanish / Romanian / Italian knowledge is an advantage
- Experience in SSC environment
- Good Excel knowledge
- ERP experience is an advantage (preferably SAP)
- Financial, Accountancy or Economist degree is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and in written
- Responsible, initiative, result and customer oriented personality
- Strong problem solving skills
