Full-Time Office Manager
Job Description
We’re an event planning and production company and we are now hiring an Office Manager for our Budapest office.
Job:
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
Organizing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations and attending meetings;
Managing accounts and budgets;
Candidate Requirements:
Fluency in Hungarian and good command of English;
Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail;
Confident user of Microsoft Office software;
Good organizational and time management skills;
Ability to work on your own initiative;
Honesty and reliability
