Full-Time Sales manager
Job Description
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Sales Management or Marketing.
- Minimum 3+ years sales experience.
- Sales experience by region (experience with network clients and distributors).
- Knowledge of FMCG market (market of household chemistry, perfumery, cosmetics.
- Fluent written and spoken English, French as a plus.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong communication skills, experience in team management.
- Readiness to travel extensively within region.
Duties:
- To facilitate sales force growth, resulting in increased sales and profits.
- To motivate, train, and recognize the Distributors and Sales Force.
- To observe Distributor performance and provide coaching and counseling to ensure effective execution of goals.
- To identify new Distributors by recognizing potential Unit Managers and Demonstrators for growth to Distributor role.
- To plan and conduct regional meetings and conferences (within budget guidelines) with the purpose to develop and maintain a well-motivated and well-informed Distributor organization.
- To coordinate and follow-up on all sales and recruiting activities in the region.
- To evaluate regional results of promotions and campaigns and to evaluate the performance and capacity of the Distributors in the region.
- To manage Distributor profitability and identify opportunities to enhance.
