Full-Time Customer Care Representative
Job Description
Location:

Task:
- Providing professional customer support for our clients
- Answering incoming chat messages and emails
- Handling complaints
- Giving guidance and solving problems
- Preparing reports and being responsible for administrative tasks
expectation:
- Fluent in English
- Plus fluent in one of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, French, German, Dutch
- Conversational language knowledge of any other language is an advantage
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- User level knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good organizational skills
- Students are also welcome
- Experience in administration is a plus
Other:
