COMPANY PROFILE:
The company is a system integrator specialized at the solutions for IT monitoring and security. It is the local representative of renowned software company (USA-based).
The target audience is mostly medium and big size corporations.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
At the moment there is a position of Account Manager /Sales Manager in Budapest office that is recently opened in order to operate throughout Eastern Europe.
The main target is to build and maintain relationships with clients in order to sale software products.
The daily routine of Junior Account Manager is focused on three directions:
– Initial telephone negotiations with prospective clients in order to build relationship, learn requirements and to sell (some initial information and contacts will be given by vendor).
– Key Account Management: negotiations, presentations, client service, offers design etc.
– Catching new opportunities from the newly coming quires.
The practice shows that a successful candidate is focused more on 2nd than on the 1st direction after 2-3 months.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Strong sales or/and telemarketing skills are desired: communicability, ability to build good relationships fast, perseverance and hard-workingness. Experience in sales as a plus.
2. Some knowledge in IT or the willingness to learn fast.
3. Languages requirements are: Hungarian (native), English (intermediate). Other Eastern Europe languages are a plus.
Experienced employees as well as young professionals are welcomed.
