Accounts Receivable Manager
Job Description
- Build up an effective AR function in line with the Budapest SSC growth
- Manage an Accounts Receivable team of 20, with around 3 Team Leaders
- Ensure continuous training in the part of the AR team
- Ensure continuous process improvement in the AR function
- Assist in AR migrations from the Business Units to the Budapest SSC
- Manual Invoicing
- Coordinate and run the end-to-end AR process
- Management of cash collection process
- Ensure that all internal control procedures are followed
- Meet month end deadlines
- Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle
- Invoice processing
- Cash flow forecasting
- Cash application, Inter company netting
- Bank, IC reconciliation
- Credit management
- AR ledger review
- Maintain credit limits and payment terms up to authorities
Person Specification
- College or University degree in Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of people management experience (minimum as team leader, managing a team of minimum 6-8)
- 3-4 year experience in Accounts Receivable process
- Understanding of the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle and best practices
- Fluent English required, and other European language would be a plus
- ERP knowledge is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage a team to develop
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Proactive, problem solving mindset
- Positive mindset
- Reliable
- Experienced in SSC environment , and project migration
- Team player
- Good analytical skills
