Full-Time Accounting & Administrative support
V Regula Bt. is an export / import market company which is exclusive reseller in Hungary for various industrial materials.
The company is hiring an employee to work as administrative support.
You will work in a small team in Hungary and multicultural environment between clients and providers.
RESPONSIBILITIES & ROLE
Assisting and maintains regular contacts with distributors and clients in Europe and Switzerland.
Managing and preparing orders and confirmations.
Process invoices records / Invoicing.
Follow provided procedures, documentation, instructions.
Providing other administrative support on demand.
Well organized, you pay close attention to the details and document clearly what has been done.
You communicate clearly in Hungarian and English (or German) both written and oral.
Basic accounting skills (Kulcs soft is a plus).
Ability to work independently under own initiative.
Be responsible for the day to day activities.
Knowledge in MS Office.
Knowledge in Industry is a very good plus
