Full-Time Accounts Payable Represenative
Job Description

Tasks:
- Ensuring quality, timely and accurate recording and filing of invoices, credit memos;
- Maintaining accurate records of the documents and clean reconciliation of vendor accounts;
- Responding to requests/questions from the suppliers about the status of their accounts;
- Monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date;
- Minimising the number of payment reminders by working closely with the suppliers;
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies within the payment process;
- Following provided procedures, documentation, instructions and Audit and
- Business Controls guidelines;
- In charge of reviewing daily invoices batches;
- Responsible pursuing credit/refunds due from vendors;
- Taking active part in special projects (e.g. job transition activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree economy/finance/accounting;
- Good command of English;
- At least 1-3 years of relavant AP related experience;
- Strong time management and communication skills;
- Working experience with SAP/Invoice management systems;
- Accurate, responsible, customer-oriented approach.
