Full-Time Administrative Coordinator

-This is a salaried, full-time position.
-This is a “Work From Home” position until we secure an office in the first or fifth districts in Budapest.
-First week of work will be in our temporary office for training, and then remote work from home until we secure a permanent office.

-Quality control calls
-Documentation retrieval calls
-Sales calls and “upselling” calls
-Conducting large volume of outgoing phone calls to American clients -Heavy email correspondence -Daily usage of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook and other programs such as PDF to accomplish all tasks -Training and cross-training co-workers and new employees -Assist with any other needs of the business. This position demands flexibility both with time and scope.
-Working from home may be a requirement depending on government and/or employer mandates and requirements, but the short-term goal is to work out of a centralized office.
This position is offering a starting net pay of 200,000 HUF per month with very high opportunities to earn more and grow with our company. The right individual should be able to earn more by the 3-month probation period.
