Full-Time BA Digital Product Owner
Job Description
The international IT сompany Andersen invites a BA Digital Product Owner to become a part of our BA & SA team consisting of more than 200 qualified professionals.
Andersen is a European pre-IPO software development company uniting over 3,500 top-class professionals worldwide. We build high-quality software and develop various domains; the leading ones are FinTech, Healthcare, and Media & Entertainment.
We are looking for an experienced professional willing to continuously improve processes, implement best practices, and meet the needs of the most demanding customers.
Responsibilities:
– Developing and growing the company’s BA/SA department;
– Managing the department, setting tasks and controlling their completion, motivating employees, and choosing specialists for the department;
– Actively participating in pre-sales activities and communicating with customers to identify their business needs;
– Participating in the creation of marketing materials for sales and pre-sales;
– Participating in the validation of system architectures on the BA side;
– Actively interacting with related departments;
– Developing competencies with a focus on change and implementation of new industry trends;
– Independently making managerial decisions;
– Providing expert support in writing articles on BA trends and specifics;
– Planning the department resources.
Must-haves:
– Higher tech education;
– Experience as a leading specialist/head of department;
– Experience in teamwork/interaction with related departments;
– Profound technical knowledge with the sufficient ability to dig into technical aspects of technology;
– Experience in participating in pre-sales activities and communicating with customers;
– Skill in presenting proposed solutions and the ability to influence stakeholders;
– Planning skills and a strategic vision of the area development;
– Level of English – Upper-Intermediate.
Nice-to-haves:
– Experience in IT.
