Primary Skills:
Domain Competencies-Business and IT Transformation Services-Business Requirement analysis
Skills: VB, .Net, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms
Must have DMS – P&C Insurance Experience with Ultimus Adaptive BPM Suite (Business process management Suite)
To finalize functional requirements| assign and track the project [module] work plans for delivery and also provide technical guidance for work completion.
• To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
• To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review.
• To prepare and submit status reports
• To understand the business requirements and map it to functional specifications
• To create work plans| monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
Additional Requirement:
• Front End Focused – deep understanding of the Business Work flow , Products, Operational Processes etc.
• Has access to backend database and is expected to know how core tables interact and runs queries to support analysis of a ticket
• Can provide data requests and reports
• Governance – runs governance call with countries
• Relationships – very strong relationship with Business and Regional Management
• Guidance on Service Improvement, Compliance/Audit
