UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY for BUDAPEST BASED FLUENT ENGLISH SPEAKING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS to join a Rapidly Expanding British International Wealth Management Company.

The Role
- The Business Development Management Role provides the perfect foundation upon which to build a career in International Financial Services.
- You will need to be highly organised and have the drive and motivation to meet targets and deadlines. The role is predominantly telephone based in the early stages so you will need to be confident in gaining leads and have a credible telephone manner.
- You will work closely with an appointed Wealth Manager for whom you will gain appointments through networking and researching HNW and UHNW professionals in the city. This means that you should either have a proven record of results or be success driven and looking for a new challenge.
- The role also has an excellent structured career progression route allowing the opportunity to develop as an International Wealth Manager, become CISI Qualified with the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, and one of the very best performing individuals in your field.
- Your first year earnings as a Business Development Manager are expected to be between EUR25,000 and EUR50,000. This can progress to as much as EUR75,000+ in your second year.
Training and Support
- As a newly recruited Business Development Manager you will commence a four-week training programme ensuring your earning potential is immediately enhanced, whilst also maintaining the longer term development of your role.
- The focus on your development remains continuous after your initial training, you will always receive continued expert support from dedicated and experienced leadership to afford you the best possible chance of success in your career.
Requirements
- Whilst the career background of Sales and Financial Services lend themselves to this role they are not a prerequisite due to the comprehensive training programme you will undergo.
