Full-Time Cash collection representative with fluent French/Italian (Budapest)
Job Description
French/Italian Cash Collection Representative position is open at our client who is a prestigious multinational company, and operating shared service centre in Budapest.
The responsibilities of the Cash Collection representative are the following:
• Performing collection activities, monitor debts
• Liaising with customers to resolve complaints
• Analyzing credit data and financial statements
• Assessing customer records and recommend payment plans based on earnings, payment history and purchase activity
• Making decision on holding/releasing customer orders
• Verifying financial and credit transactions
• Establishing and maintaining appropriate credit lines for new and existing customers
To be considered as an ideal candidate you are required to have University or College degree with 1-4 years experience within an SSC/BSC environment as a Collection Specialist. Fresh graduates with some relevant experience in the field of Accounts Receivable and/or Credit and Collection are also welcome. You are also required to have good analytical, and strong problem solving skills along with outstanding communication skills. The candidate has to speak English AND Italian OR French languages fluently. SAP knowledge is an advantage.
