– Understanding the partners and categories due to market analysis and competitor monitoring
– Analyze and realize category development activities, projects
– Increase market share by categories at partners
– Create placement and planogram strategy
– Ensure in-store shelf excellence and successful launch of new initiatives
– Active participation at partner negotiations with KAM’s
– Analyze market and consumer trends
– Setting targets by partners and categories

– University or college degree
– Min. 3 years experience in the field of category management or trade marketing
– Knowledge of any space planning programmes are an advantage
– Fluent English
– Excellent comunication and presentation skills
– Ability to influence
