Job Category: Sales Location: Budapest, HU Job ID: 841922-116869 Division: Sales CEE Dynamics Solution Specialist Services The Solution Specialist is primarily responsible for positioning, crafting and selling Dynamics CRM based Services solutions or offerings into targeted Microsoft customer accounts. Responsibilities include : – Advises customer Decision Makers how to best realize the value of their Microsoft Dynamics CRM investment through innovation, implementation and productive use – Marketing, positioning, developing and selling Dynamics CRM based Microsoft consulting Solutions (MCS) as well as high value Premier Support solutions such as Premier Mission Critical across accounts in a given sales area – Accountable for attaining the revenue targets for MCS, New Work Sold (NWS) and Premier (Premier Mission Critical) – May oversee the delivery of services to ensure high overall customer satisfaction – An overlay sales role providing a specialty sales capability for Dynamics CRM Services to CEE Services Sales Field (excluding Russia) – May oversee the delivery of services to ensure high overall customer satisfaction – Work with Services sales teams to ensure Dynamics CRM is covered within the account plans. – Attend/Drive weekly pipeline reviews with Area MBS and CoE teams – Coach Services executives in successfully developing Dynamics CRM opportunities with deep Dynamics Center of Excellence and Global Delivery collaboration – Manage account relationship with key Enterprise Partner Group(EPG)/Public Sector(PS) stakeholders and facilitate Area Executive, MBS and/or EPG/PS engagement as required through opportunity lifecycle. – Lead the Presales stages of the opportunity by providing deep & effective presentation of CRM market trends with a focus on Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Telco industries – Deliver deep & effective presentation of Dynamics CRM solution capabilities and scenarios through the opportunity lifecycle – Drive competitive analysis and compete strategies against established players and new threats – Present solution and map against customer requirements w/ understanding of competitive/other factors impacting deal closure – Strategically engage GSI as appropriate by ensuring a clear plan for deployment. – Able to present Sure Step methodology, and explain the estimation done. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree/equivalent (required) or MBA/Master’s degree (preferred) Experience: – Complex Solution Sales – Manage Large Enterprise Accounts – Area level Business Development – CRM Architecture and Consultation, CRM Solution Development – Career Stage 4 requires 5-8 years of related experience – Career Stage 5 requires 8-10 years of related experience Competencies: – Building Customer & Partner Relationships – Confidence, Cross-Group Collaboration – Drive for Results, Influencing for Impact – Interpersonal Awareness – Product & Technology Expertise – Strategic Sales Planning – Team Leadership.
