Job Description
Chief accountant job is open at our multinational client, who is a multinational production company.
The role of the chief accountant is to be responsible for Hungarian statutory, lead the accounting team, and actively cooperate with other departments.
Main responsibilities of the Chief accountant:
– Supervising and controlling the accountancy
– Responsible for group and statutory reporting
– Taxation: coordination of tax returns and ensuring tax compliance in any upcoming questions
– Monthly closing activities
– Communication with state organizations
– Taking part in finance related projects
– Other accounting and tax related responsibilities
We are searching for candidates with a degree in the field of Finance/Accounting, registered chartered accountant license and 3 years of experience in chief accountant position at a multinational environment. Confident level of English and Hungarian language knowledge are mandatory, furthermore practice in using SAP is strongly advantageous for the successful application. The ideal candidate can work independently, motivated about challenges, furthermore interested in being part of well-progressing organization.
