Full-Time Collection Associate with Hungarian

They are a part of Coca-Cola Hellenic Group: The leading European marketer, distributor, and producer of non-alcoholic refreshments and one of the world’s largest Coca-Cola bottlers.
The BSO is providing Finance and HR support to Coca-Cola Hellenic operations across Europe on the principle of quality and effectiveness improvement, targeting service excellence.
Due to CCH group expansion Business service organization (BSO) in Bulgaria is looking for experienced professionals to join their team at the position of Collection Associate with Hungarian.
Main responsibilities:
– Provides high quality collections services in a timely manner to countries across the Coca-Cola Hellenic business
– Contact clients in order to ensure cash collection
– Supports and interacts with both internal and external customers locally and internationally
– Capture of disputes preventing successful collection
– Correspondence with Commercial department on balance account of customers
– Forwards/escalates requests – AR refunds, reversing incorrect cash allocation, bad debt provision, installment plan
Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably gained in a fast moving, large, multinational environment
– Excellent command of English and Hungarian
– Previous experience in finance (accounting) or accounts receivable/collections
– University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or another business-related field
– Previous experience of ERP is essential and knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
This position is located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
